1. At present, most parts of the mechanical components used in brad point drill bit are made of iron. If it is not kept properly, it is easy to rust, and the iron parts will rust and peel off a layer of "skin" once, which will shorten the service life. Therefore, iron parts should be removed in winter, cleaned, coated with anti-rust paint and stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse.
2. The feeding and discharging parts of the machinery are made of wood raw materials, which are easy to mildew after being affected with damp. Therefore, before storage, it should be washed, dried, coated with tung oil, and then placed in a ventilated and dry place.
3. If rubber parts are damp or stained with oil, they will easily age and crack, thus shortening the service life. Therefore, the V-belt or flat tape on the roller should be removed and hung on the wall or placed in a dry and ventilated place. During the storage and parking of machinery, jack or brick should be used to jack up the front and rear axles of machinery, so that the tires can be separated from the ground and bear no load, but proper air pressure should be maintained.
4. The motor is a power supply device and a key component. If the motor is not used for a long time, it should be placed in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse. If you put the motor together with pesticides and fertilizers, or put it on wet mud or a place that is easy to get wet by rain, the motor will get damp, and the performance of its inner edge will be degraded, which will easily cause short circuit, grounding, electric leakage and even burn out the coil.
