Introduction and types of hole saws

Hole Saw Cuts very hard materials, including hardened steel, cast iron, bricks, etc. Carbon steel shaft with a pilot drill. A hole saw can be used with any professionally used power drill.

Bi-Metal Standard Hole Saw

Cuts all machinable metals including stainless steel, wood, nailed wood, plastics, synthetic glass, drywall, fiberboard and composite materials. The standard cutting depth is 1-1/2", and it can cut workpieces with a size of 2*4'S. It needs to be configured with an axis to operate.

Bi-Metal Hole Saw

Cuts all machinable metals including stainless steel, wood, nailed wood, plastic, synthetic glass, drywall, fiberboard and composite materials. The standard cutting depth is 1-1/2", which can cut workpieces with a size of 2*4'S. No additional shaft is required for operation.

Bi-Metal Deep Load Hole Saw

The range of applications is the same as for bimetal standard hole saws. But the cutting depth is larger, reaching 1-7/8". It also needs to configure the shaft to operate.

Tungsten Carbide Hole Saw

Cuts wood, plastic, aluminum, steel, synthetic glass, drywall, fiberboard, plaster, tile, and countertops without nails. Compared with bi-metal hole saws, it has a coarse pitch and is suitable for high-speed cutting of soft materials, but not suitable for cutting pipes. The standard depth of cut is 1-1/2". Shaft configuration is required for operation.

Cuts very hard materials including hardened steel, cast iron, brick, clinker bricks, ceramics, foam glass, synthetic glass, composites, computer room floors, cement, and ceramic tiles. Standard cutting depth is 1-1/2"; and requires a shaft to operate. Flat drill
Can cut wood, plastic, plywood, and bakelite. High speed and deep cutting at any angle.
