You must have encountered the problem of cutting tools broken teeth:
When a small piece of saw blade tip tooth edge collapses (mostly on cemented carbide saw blades), this is usually caused by: chips sticking to the tooth surface, excessive pressure on the cutting edge will cause chips, Use or add a wire brush, cold air gun or better cutting fluid to increase the tooth pitch and provide more space for the chips to be sent out between the teeth, so that the chips will not stick between the two teeth. Vibration in the process of cutting thin-walled tubes will cause the unstable appearance of tooth chipping. Improve the fixture or change the sawing parameters to reduce this vibration, or replace with another wide tooth profile.
Internal glitch:
Blunt saw blade
Wrong tooth profile or poor grinding
Wrong pitch
Saw blade vibration problem-machine condition, saw blade is unstable
External glitch:
The feed rate is too low, check the feed rate before increasing it
Blunt saw blade
Wrong tooth profile or poor grinding
Cutting speed is too fast
Improve surface quality
Surface scratches-some teeth are damaged or chipped-the saw blade must be replaced
Rough plane
2a. Vibration-wrong parameter (change cutting speed or feed speed)
– Wrong selection of saw blade – Replacement of suitable saw blade model and tooth profile
2b. Swing Wave-increase the feed rate
– Staggered swing – Increase cutting speed
